What do we mean by harmonious development?
The possibility of having an aim is what makes the difference between an
ordinary person and those people who have felt the urge to locate themselves,
to escape from those daily prisons which constantly impoverish them without
giving them direction.
It is hence essential, once the goal has been identified, to determine a route
