This System of ideas is complete, organized , and concrete oriented towards our harmonious development and the art and science of living in the present.
The objective of these ideas is to allow us to be aware of ourselves, of our everyday life, of the obstacles that prevent us from developing a positive attitude and of being open to all events, and of being present in order to draw advantage from anything that happens to us. Simply put, to be Happy!
The study of these ideas offers new points of view, means and techniques with the purpose of: increasing self-knowledge, of changing and improving our inner dialogue, and of widening our territories to get rid of unverified and limiting convictions which compel our life to always feed on the same thoughts, emotions and habits, producing always the same results.
Through careful observation of our own functioning and the mechanisms that imprison our existence in restricted frames, and by defining exactly which is the condition we are starting from, and through what is called "little doing", it is possible, for those who eagerly want it, to produce references and to start to modify what prevents us from living in the present, to be in the very moment with all our senses awakened.
